The week of the 5 to 9 March 2018 is an exciting opportunity to celebrate apprenticeships and how they benefit people, businesses, communities and our economy.
At Premier Community, we recognise that Apprenticeships have a hugely positive effect on staff retention and attracting diverse talent. We encourage Care Assistants that start with us to take on apprenticeships with our Premier Community Academy. This not only helps us to provide better care services with well trained staff, but it provides a route to progression.
We not only utilise apprenticeships for those who provide care with us, but also in the office. We have four Business Admin Apprentices who have recently finished their apprenticeships, Ellie Franks, Katie Birch, Molly Price and Michael Shelley. All four are staying on to work in roles within Premier Community’s head office. We also have a new Business Admin Apprentice recently start with us, Amy Kedzior.
Our apprentices have added a lot of value to our business in their skill set, and their drive to learn.
