Memory Walk

The memory walk is an annual event for the Alzheimer’s Society. It’s an opportunity to raise money for a great cause. Almost 17,000 people have already taken steps to help 700,000 people living with dementia, who have been amongst some of the worst hit by the pandemic.

Many of these people are cut off from their families, communities and the support networks that they have grown to rely on. By taking part in the memory walk, you can make a difference to those people affected.

Want to join the walk?

  1. Choose a date which suits you – get outdoors and make the most of the cooler weather.
  2. Decide where you walk – where you’re going for a quick stroll or a 5 mile hike, the choice is yours.
  3. Complete your walk! Whether you’re going with friends, family, your pooch or on your own, don’t forget to add your dedication to the virtual memory tree.
