We are all really excited to be opening our new mobility showroom in Carlton – Nottingham, especially as we have waited so long because of the Pandemic. You can visit the new showroom next to Tesco Express on Carlton Hill; we have taken over the lease for the old Carphone Warehouse on Carlton Hill. There are bound to be some celebrations and special offers, so keep your eyes open, and we see you in Carlton soon!
Where To Find Us
Added Extra’s at our New Mobility Showroom in Carlton – Nottingham
This will be our fourth local showroom. When we open in Carlton we wanted to try something a little different this time around. We will have all the usual features of our other stores, lots of quality products, mobility scooters, stairlifts, rising recliners, wheelchairs, daily living aids, and in-store service and repairs. Of course that outstanding ‘service’ we offer all our customers! However, with our new mobility showroom in Carlton, we wanted to go one step further and provide a community hub for independent living. Adding all our other support services in one place for the community, including local support for our Care Team

Help and Advice
Not only that, but the Carlton showroom will provide a centre for help and advice. Anyone who has ever needed help at home will know that the system can be a nightmare to negotiate, especially at a stressful and vulnerable time. In the Carlton showroom, we have built the facilities with space to sit down, put the kettle on and chat face to face (Covid Safe) with one of our advisors.
Partnerships for Community Living
The service is free, and we hope it will help people navigate the options and pathways available for support at home. There will be no obligation to buy or use our services. We hope to build up a good professional and volunteer network in Carlton, Nottingham and surrounding areas over time. We hope that this will help people remain as independent in their own homes as much as possible.
The Alzheimer’s Society
One such partnership will be with The Alzheimer’s Society as referrers for ‘Dementia Connect’ A scheme that offers support and help to people with dementia and their families in the local community. We will be a Dementia Friendly organisation and we are wanting all of our carers to become ‘Dementia Friends’.

We hope there will be more partnerships we can draw on and signpost people too in the future. So, keep your eye on this space for our opening date, and we will look forward to seeing you shortly.
