Our Mobility Shop on Carlton Hill opened it doors on April 2021.
Our mobility shop in Carlton is designed to offer a wide range of mobility products to customers. It is also designed to be a community hub for Premier Community home care services. There will be a community branch manager within the store for advice on using any of the Premier Community services or services.
Our Showroom stocks a large number of products, from rise and recliners to mobility scooters. We have local responsive engineers that offer a quick response to any queries you may have. Our mobility shop in Carlton was established in 2021 in an ex-Carphone Warehouse store to ensure we locally meet our companies mission to bring quality living and independence to all from your local high street. The Showroom is also fitted with a straight demo stairlift.

Stairlifts
We offer both straight and curved stairlifts. We also can install these as new & reconditioned at a competitive and affordable price. The new stairlifts we supply are quality checked and installed by our own Premier Community Engineers. We are ‘approved fitters’ with a number of national stairlift suppliers
We have showrooms in Derbyshire and Sheffield. Both showrooms are equipped with a demonstration stairlift. You are more than welcome to come down and test drive the products and meet us.
Our stairlifts include a free survey and support on how to use it safely. We have automatic 24 month warranty on all new stairlifts and an option extra 12 month warranty on our reconditioned stairlifts.

Not all scooters are eligible for part-exchange, get in touch with our team to find out whether yours would be eligible. We’re able to pick up for part exchange in some areas of Nottingham, Derbyshire and Yorkshire.
