From small beginning’s Premier Community are proud to have grown to be the largest provider of home care across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. This allows us to provide the best value for money, professional home care in Mansfield and to our families local communities.
Here at Premier Community, our mission is to help create independent local communities from offering Home Care to mobility products. We know the challenges our community faces and we have set out to provide a holistic approach to our home care services in Mansfield.

We opened the doors to our Mobility Shop showroom at Kingsmill Hospital! Our mobility products and services shop is located opposite from Costa Coffee. We opened in December 2019

How we can help
Hourly Home Care – This allows our carers to give a higher quality of care with more time with the client.
Hospital to Home Care – One of the leading causes of hospital readmission or slow post-hospitalisation recovery is the lack of proper support following a hospital discharge
Respite Home Care – This is temporary care to provide family caregivers relief from the full-time care they have been providing for a loved one.
Personal Care Services – From a recent survey, 100% of our clients said they were treated with dignity and respect
Companionship Care – The number of over-50s experiencing loneliness is set to reach 2 million by 2025. This compares to around 1.4 million in 2016 – a 49% increase in 10 years (Age UK 2018, All The Lonely People)
Digital Care Planning
In 2019, we’ve introduced Digital Care Planning for all our Employees, Service Users and their families. This enables us to update a care plan with a click of a button. All a Service User or their family have to do is contact us to change something in their plan and we can update it for their care worker to see within seconds.
This also helps us ensure that all the Service Users tasks in a visit is completed as their allocated care worker will tick these off whilst at the visit. This is included for medication as there is a section on there for E-Mar Charts.
Once a visit is completed, our care worker can provide feedback. The tasks, E-Mar Chart and the feedback of that visit can be accessed by the Service User and their family through our client log in at the top of this page, this will be accessible no matter where the family are.
This means you can check that your loved one is safe and sound at home overnight, while you might be down the road, in another city or even in another country. We want to make sure all of our Service Users and their family have peace of mind while we are providing their care.
Our system follows all GDPR legislation and ensures Premier Community are stepping in the right way to become paper free.

Community Registered Manager – Mansfield Home Care Branch
I am the registered manager for the Mansfield Home Care Branch. It is my responsibility to ensure you receive the highest standard of care and support from our teams who are out in the community. I ensure these teams have the relevant skills and knowledge to be able to support you safely and with dignity and respect. I have worked for Premier Community for 4 years and started as a carer. During my time here I have worked within various roles that have supported to me to develop and gain a vast range of knowledge and skills to enable to me to manage the service effectively . I am passionate about providing an exceptional service to our service users and supporting people to live independently in their own homes.
