Returns

Our returns policy allows you to return any product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In the case of a defective or damaged product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

I needed a mobility scooter urgently for a friend. I telephoned the Ilkeston store and spoke to Lynne, who could not have been more helpful. She told me what models they had in stock, explained all the specifications of the different scooters, and then she took my payment over the telephone, arranged for delivery to my friends address, and sent us a free scooter bag.
