Maureen in the Sheffield branch has been fantastic helping us choose slippers for my elderly mum in law who has very swollen legs and feet. She has been patient and kind while we have tried a range of styles going back and forth as my mum in law can’t get to the shop and is very particular! We finally found the right pair in a Cinderella moment and mum in law loves them as they are warm and cosy and super comfy for her. Excellent service thank you.

I needed a mobility scooter urgently for a friend. I telephoned the Ilkeston store and spoke to Lynne, who could not have been more helpful. She told me what models they had in stock, explained all the specifications of the different scooters, and then she took my payment over the telephone, arranged for delivery to my friends address, and sent us a free scooter bag. Nothing could have been done to improve the customer service I received, it was absolutely brilliant.
