What a fantastic shop! We had brilliant service from Rachel at the Kings Mill shop, who answered all my questions - even on her day off - and nothing was too much trouble. She also spotted an error on the order and corrected it for me. We purchased both a mobility scooter and an electric adjustable bed with mattresses. I had looked at beds from some other mobility shops before, and they seemed cheap and nasty in comparison. The beds from Premier Community are very good quality and well-finished, so they look beautiful in our bedroom. Their prices are very competitive and better than most but with the advantage of being able to go and see things and try them out before buying. Everything was delivered, assembled for us and demonstrated (all included in the price!) so I didn’t have to worry about instruction books and assembly manuals that never make any sense. Ben and Andy even moved the old bed for me! After-sales service has been excellent and everyone goes above and beyond... A big thank you to Rachel and the rest of the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
