What the regulator say and our statement
Our Nottinghamshire location has been rated ‘Requires Improvement’ from an inspection by the Care Quality Commission in October 2022.
This is below our expected standards as a business. Our report had positives, and we are working through an action plan to bring the branch back to a minimum of ‘Good’.
We firmly and pragmatically believe this inspection will make us a more robust care provider for our brilliant staff and service users in the longer term.
