We’re pleased to welcome Matthew Peck to the Premier Community family as our first-ever Business Development Manager. Matthew joins us at a vital moment, bringing fresh energy, strategic thinking, and a people-centred mindset to help us respond to the changing social care market.
For nearly 30 years, Premier Community has been delivering exceptional care with respect, dignity, and compassion. However, with local councils under financial pressure, funding packages are increasingly focused only on essential needs, and thresholds for state-funded care are reducing. As a result, the private care market is expanding. Premier Community has quietly gone about its business and is ready to step confidently into this space, ensuring more people know about our outstanding services. Matthew will help us build our presence and extend our reach.
With a background in estate agency, Matthew is no stranger to matching people with services they can trust, often during essential and challenging moments in their lives. His relationship-building and community engagement skills, combined with his genuine passion for people, made him the perfect choice for this brand-new role.
Matthew Reflecting on his New Mission…
“Premier Community has graciously employed me as Business Development Manager to help expand the number of clients we can care for, alongside the great work already happening.”
He said that one of his key goals is to build partnerships with local businesses and community organisations, which will help us connect with new clients and bring wider benefits to staff and service users.
Matthew will share updates from his visits around the community, highlighting local services that could be useful for both staff and service users, personally and professionally. Keep an eye out for updates on Facebook and Connecteam as Matthew helps to expand our community’s reach.
