Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In the case of a defective or damaged product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If the product meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
