What a fantastic shop! We had brilliant service from Rachel at the Kings Mill shop, who answered all my questions - even on her day off - and nothing was too much trouble... The beds from Premier Community are very good quality and well-finished, so it looks beautiful in our bedroom. Their prices are very competitive and better than most, but with the advantage of being able to go and see things and try them out before buying.

Today l called in for a pair of Cosy Feet trainers which had been specifically ordered for me. Anyone with painful feet will understand my relief that not only did they fit my pain was also eased. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they are able to obtain anything that is in their books for you. Importantly they are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Kate in the mobility shop at Kings Mill Hospital is so lovely. She remembered us from when we bought the scooter over a year ago. Nothing is too much trouble for that young lady, but we already knew that from the time of the original purchase and we were delighted to see that she was still there.
