Made to order for you. Because this product is made to your chosen specification, such as size, fabric or colour, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind once your order has been placed.

I needed a mobility scooter urgently for a friend. I telephoned the Ilkeston store and spoke to Lynne, who could not have been more helpful. She told me what models they had in stock, explained all the specifications of the different scooters, and then she took my payment over the telephone, arranged for delivery to my friends address, and sent us a free scooter bag. Nothing could have been done to improve the customer service I received, it was absolutely brilliant.
