Returns

I needed a mobility scooter urgently for a friend. I telephoned the Ilkeston store and spoke to Lynne, who could not have been more helpful. She told me what models they had in stock, explained all the specifications of the different scooters, and then she took my payment over the telephone, arranged for delivery to my friends address, and sent us a free scooter bag. Nothing could have been done to improve the customer service I received, it was absolutely brilliant.

Kate in the mobility shop at Kings Mill Hospital is so lovely. She remembered us from when we bought the scooter over a year ago.
