Insight-Driven Home Care

Discover how assistive technology enhances traditional home care, ensuring safety and comfort for loved ones in need.

Let’s grab a few details

Name(Required)

Our 28 years of experience have shown us that home care is at its best when there is a connected care circle, with family playing a central role in providing quality care. However, we understand that it’s not always possible for family members to be present at all times.

An integrated approach

How Assistive Technology Can Help

Prevent is a digital HomeHub that offers a solution. It connects with non-intrusive sensors to gather information and provides gentle reassurance through a user-friendly app for families.

Over time, it enables the care circle to make more informed interventions and deliver personalised care.

Personalised Assessment of Needs

At the start of a self-funded or direct payment care package we will give every customer the option to have a HomeHub installed.

The Assistive Technology then uses AI-learning to analyse various factors from daily activities, and lifestyle patterns to offer a comprehensive assessment of support needs.

These insights allow us, as your care provider, to curate a care plan tailored to your requirements, enhancing effectiveness and optimising resource allocation.

An insight driven, more personalised assessment could mean more efficient care rather than expensive guesswork.

Insight-driven home care

Visiting Care Staff Insights

If the sensors detect something unusual, they will alert a visiting carer through our care planning system. This can be valuable in identifying a decline in movement or an increase in bathroom visits early on, allowing for preventive action.

Connecting our fantastic carers to digital insights provides an additional benefit. Our dedicated East Midlands care team provides over 14,000 visits of personalised care to our community across four different care locations.

Assistive Technology will enhance their effectiveness even further.

Proactive care

Real-Time Reports and Adaptation

One of the most significant advantages of AI-assisted technology is its ability to provide real-time assurances and adaptation.

Through continuous data collection and analysis, the system can promptly identify changes in care needs, allowing us to adapt your care plan quicker to ensure you continue receiving the right level of support.

This proactive approach ensures that care remains responsive and relevant as circumstances evolve. It also is a real comfort in contingency planning for a home care agency. For example in extreme weather events, the care circle can be reassured that the service user is still up and active.

Experience and Authority

Partnership and Collaboration

Our partnership with The Access Group, a technology-enabled care-certified organisation (TEC), is pioneering assistive technology alongside home care visits as standard. The speed of reaction in home care can be a game changer in avoiding hospitalisation or further deterioration.

As AI-assisted technology evolves, so too does its capability to assess care needs with greater accuracy and sophistication.

Through ongoing research and development, innovative features such as wearable tech for fall detection could be introduced to our assistive technology ecosystem, expanding the potential for personalised care solutions and enhancing the overall care experience for individuals and their families.
