UKHCA Guidance and Ethical Pricing Standards

As proud members of the UK Home Care Association (UKHCA), we use their guidance to benchmark the minimum cost of providing ethical, sustainable home care.

For 2026–27, the UKHCA suggests a minimum hourly rate of £34.42 to deliver quality care while paying staff fairly.

• Up to 30-minute visits: From £19.90 per visit
  (All visits are a minimum of 20 minutes)

• 31–45-minute visits: From £25.50 per visit

• 45–60+ minute visits: From £32 per hour

Additional Home Care Options

• Waking Nights (10pm–7am, 9 hours): From £301.50
  (Equivalent to £33.50 per hour)

• Weekends & Bank Holidays: Additional £1.00 per hour

Our prices include travel to and from a fixed address. Any additional mileage for appointments or shopping is charged separately and always explained in advance.
