Absolutely brilliant experience at the shop on Abbey Lane Sheffield. The lady was very informative and very patient with me. Explained everything more than once very happy with my experience love the scooter.

Sandra Thackeray

The lovely lady in the store on Abbey Lane provided excellent, pleasant and efficient service. Ordered the item we needed as it wasn't in stock and then called once it had been received in store. Can't fault the service.

Maureen in the Sheffield branch has been fantastic helping us choose slippers for my elderly mum in law who has very swollen legs and feet. She has been patient and kind while we have tried a range of styles going back and forth as my mum in law can’t get to the shop and is very particular! We finally found the right pair in a Cinderella moment and mum in law loves them as they are warm and cosy and super comfy for her. Excellent service thank you.

Debs

As other reviewers have commented, Maureen was helpful, friendly, patient and professional, giving us all the information we could wish for.

I needed a mobility scooter urgently for a friend. I telephoned the Ilkeston store and spoke to Lynne, who could not have been more helpful. She told me what models they had in stock, explained all the specifications of the different scooters, and then she took my payment over the telephone, arranged for delivery to my friends address, and sent us a free scooter bag. Nothing could have been done to improve the customer service I received, it was absolutely brilliant.

Laraine Hart

Lynne the lady that dealt with my enquiry was polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

Ange

We are very pleased with our purchase, and the help and kindness. We got from the assistant Lynne in the store. She was very helpful and kind. It was very nice to be treated so well when dealing with our purchase.

Val Pierrepont

Excellent shop, Lynne was really helpful and helped me find the best scooter for my mum. Didn’t try and upsell me at all and instead showed me exactly what I needed.

Calum Chuda

Lynne in the shop is fantastic. Always ready to help. Very friendly and welcoming.

Kate in the mobility shop at Kings Mill Hospital is so lovely. She remembered us from when we bought the scooter over a year ago. Nothing is too much trouble for that young lady, but we already knew that from the time of the original purchase and we were delighted to see that she was still there. I hope this compliment will be relayed to her. We also dropped lucky because a company mechanic was also in the shop at the time of our visit and his advice was also helpful and useful. And the job we need doing is happening tomorrow - how’s that for service!

Gordon Foster

Kate at the King's Mill branch is so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for her. If she doesn't know the answer she finds out while you wait making it an exceptional experience. But would like to thank the whole team at premature Community for all their help.
