At Premier Community, some of the most important work doesn’t always happen on the frontline; sometimes it happens behind the scenes. That’s why we’re delighted to welcome Emma Musson to our team as our new Graphic Designer.

Emma joined us in September 2025 and brings several years of experience working across both digital and print design, supporting marketing teams with everything from campaigns to social media to branded materials. Her expertise will ensure that our communications reflect not only our professionalism but also our warm, family-oriented values.

In her new role, Emma is looking forward to creating designs that reflect Premier Community’s values and help communicate our services and products clearly. Whether it’s designing a poster for our branches, creating visuals for social media, or supporting campaigns that showcase the impact of our work, Emma’s creativity will be central to how we tell our story.

Emma says:

What I love most about my role is the opportunity to be creative every day—transforming ideas into designs that connect with people and reflect our values. What I admire most about Premier Community is the welcoming atmosphere and supportive culture.”

Outside of work, Emma is just as creative. She enjoys drawing, photography, knitting, crafting, and gaming, alongside keeping active through swimming, yoga, tennis, and time at the gym. A fun fact about Emma? She was once invited to dinner at Buckingham Palace with HRH The Princess Royal, Princess Anne, after being awarded Cadet of the Year for Derbyshire St John Ambulance.

While Emma’s role might not grab the headlines, she’ll certainly design them! Ensuring our brand continues to stand out, stays consistent, and feels welcoming to all. Please join us in giving Emma a warm welcome as she brings her creativity, skill, and passion to Premier Community.
