We’re proud to announce that Atlanta Johnstone has taken on the role of Care Co-Ordinator here at Premier Community, marking her journey from Carer to Care Co-Ordinator.
Atlanta’s journey with us began in 2024, when she joined as a carer. From day one, she brought energy, compassion, and a genuine passion for supporting others. Her ability to build strong relationships with both service users and colleagues quickly set her apart as she progressed from Carer to Care Co-Ordinator.
Now, as Care Coordinator, Atlanta is excited to build a strong, supportive team and ensure our service users receive care that not only meets, but exceeds their needs. She brings valuable experience from both community care and hospital settings, where she has confidently led teams and supported patients during challenging times on her journey from Carer to Care Co-Ordinator.
Atlanta says the move into her new role was an easy decision:
“Family is a big thing for me, so finding a company as family-orientated as myself was a no brainer. I’m looking forward to getting to know more of our service users and working closely with the team to provide the best care possible.”
Outside of work, Atlanta enjoys travelling, horseback riding, bodybuilding, and spending time with her three cats. She’s also a festival fan and a lover of good coffee and Greek food.
