We’re delighted to welcome Kilee, our newest Store Supervisor who has joined us in the Ilkeston Premier Community Mobility Shop earlier this month.
Kilee was drawn to the role because it gave her the opportunity to combine two things she’s passionate about: retail and care. With experience in both industries, she understands how important the right support and equipment can be in helping people maintain their independence and live comfortably.
For Kilee, the role is about much more than selling products. It’s about working closely with customers, understanding their individual needs, and helping them find the right mobility solutions to improve their everyday lives.

Supporting independence through knowledge and service.
In her new position, Kilee is particularly excited about expanding her knowledge of mobility equipment so she can continue providing the best possible advice and support to customers visiting the store. Her background in both retail and care roles has helped her develop strong customer service skills, alongside the compassion and understanding that are essential when helping people choose the right mobility solutions.
A warm welcome to Premier Community
Since joining Premier Community, Kilee says her onboarding experience has been really positive. She’s found the team incredibly welcoming and supportive, helping her settle into her new role quickly. She’s enjoyed learning more about the range of products and services we offer, as well as understanding the ways we support customers in maintaining their independence. It’s also been a great opportunity for her to get to know the wider team, and she’s looking forward to continuing to grow her confidence and knowledge as she develops in the role.
Getting to know Kilee
Outside of work, Kilee loves travelling and exploring different parts of the world, discovering new cultures, foods and experiences along the way. She enjoys going on long walks to unwind and spend time outdoors, and spending quality time with friends and family is really important to her, whether that’s socialising over meals, drinks or simply enjoying each other’s company. Kilee also enjoys eating out, visiting fairgrounds and going to theme parks, always looking for a bit of fun and adventure.
She’s had some incredible travel experiences too. Kilee has stood in awe at Niagara Falls and the Grand Canyon, visited Graceland, celebrated New Year’s Eve in New Orleans, and even got married in Las Vegas. She loves exploring botanical gardens and rainforests, seeing beautiful flowers, relaxing with a sea view, and making unforgettable memories, always ready for the next adventure.

A fantastic addition to the Ilkeston team
Kilee’s passion for helping others, combined with her retail and care experience, makes her a fantastic addition to the Premier Mobility team.
