Meet Stacey Sant, Our New Recruitment Manager 

Finding the right people to care for others is one of the most important jobs in our organisation, and we’re delighted to welcome Stacey Sant to Premier Community as our new Recruitment Manager. 

With 15 years of experience in recruitment and HR, including previous roles within the health and care sector, Stacey joins us with a real understanding of what makes a great team. She’s passionate about connecting talented people with meaningful careers and is excited to use that experience to help Premier Community continue growing with the right people at its heart. 

When asked what she’s looking forward to most, Stacey’s answer perfectly reflects the impact recruitment can have: 

“Helping clients indirectly by recruiting the best candidates to provide care.” 

That simple sentence captures something we believe wholeheartedly. Every great care journey starts with great people. 

Stacey was also drawn back into the care sector because she genuinely missed it, having worked within healthcare before. Since joining Premier Community, she’s found the onboarding experience supportive, informative and, above all, welcoming. 

Away from work, Stacey keeps herself busy as part of a local dance troupe and volunteers as a Girl Guides leader. At home, life is just as lively with two dogs and a house rabbit to look after. She also has a love of travel, having explored America and Australia solo, with Japan firmly on the bucket list for her 40th birthday. And if you ever hear Disney songs drifting through the office… there’s a good chance Stacey is nearby!
