Yes. As our care roles involve travelling between people’s homes, you’ll need access to your own reliable vehicle and hold a full, valid driving licence. This allows you to travel safely and provide consistent support to the people in our care.
Yes. As you’ll be using your vehicle to travel between people’s homes as part of your role, you’ll need suitable business-use car insurance in place.
No, we do not currently offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
We always aim to keep travel between visits as local as possible. Wherever we can, we try to arrange care visits within approximately one mile of the people you support, helping to keep travelling time manageable and allowing you to build strong connections within your local community.
Yes. We provide the top half of your uniform, with a choice of tunics, polo shirts or scrub tops.

The training at premier is second to none fantastic, there is always a care manager to hand if you need anything at all. The hardest part of the job is finding new service users accommodation but they have an app that helps.
The most enjoyable part of the job is meeting new service users they are lovely, and I enjoy helping other people.
Management are really nice they actually care about you and are always always at the end of the phone if you are worried or have any problems, over all they are the best care company I have ever worked for.
