Meet Riley, Branch Manager of our new Alfreton Mobility Shop
Weโre delighted to introduce Riley, Branch Manager of our new Premier Community Mobility Shop in Alfreton, opening on Monday 2nd November.
Riley has always enjoyed helping people and making a positive difference in their everyday lives. Joining Premier Community offers the opportunity to put that passion into practice, supporting customers in finding mobility solutions that meet their individual needs.
โIโve always enjoyed helping people and making a positive difference in their day-to-day lives. My role allows me to support customers in finding the right products to meet their individual needs and maintain their independence. I was particularly drawn to Premier Community because its core values align closely with my own, especially the focus on putting people first and delivering genuine care and support.โ
A welcoming space for Alfreton
Opening our new Alfreton shop is an exciting opportunity to bring friendly advice and mobility support to more people in the local area. Riley is looking forward to leading the shop and helping customers find the right solutions for their everyday lives.
โIโm excited to be part of a new venture that will serve the local community. Opening and leading the Alfreton shop is a fantastic opportunity to create a welcoming space where people can access expert advice, quality mobility solutions, and the support they need to live more independently.โ
Creating a comfortable environment will be at the heart of Rileyโs approach, giving every visitor the opportunity to ask questions and explore their options at their own pace.
โI want every customer to feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued from the moment they walk through the door. Creating a relaxed and friendly environment is incredibly important to me. My goal is to ensure everyone receives the time, attention, and personalised support they deserve, with solutions tailored to their individual needs.โ
Personal advice to support your independence
Choosing mobility equipment is a personal decision, and Riley understands the value of taking time to get to know each customer. From daily routines to individual challenges, these conversations help the team understand what will make a difference.
โEvery personโs circumstances are different, and choosing the right mobility equipment is a very personal decision. Face-to-face advice allows us to understand an individualโs specific needs, lifestyle, and challenges, ensuring we can recommend the products or services that will provide the greatest benefit and support.โ
More than a mobility shop
For Riley, being part of Premier Community means building connections as well as supporting independence. He hopes the new shop will become a friendly, familiar place for people in Alfreton and the surrounding community.
โIโm particularly excited about opening the new Alfreton store and creating a hub for the local community. I want it to be a place where people can come not only for their mobility needs but also for a friendly conversation, a cup of coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere where they feel supported.โ
Getting to know Riley
Outside of work, Riley enjoys getting outdoors and exploring the countryside with his dog and friends.
โOutside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially exploring the Peak District with my dog and friends. I love getting out into the countryside, discovering new places, and making the most of the fresh air and beautiful scenery.โ
He also enjoys a little friendly competition, with a variety of sports and activities keeping him busy.
โI enjoy staying active and trying a range of different activities. Some of my favourites include playing padel, bowling, visiting the golf driving range, mini golf, and badminton. Iโm always happy to get involved in something fun and competitive.โ
When it comes to future adventures, Riley has two particularly exciting experiences in mind.
โTwo experiences that are firmly on my bucket list are skydiving and wing walking. Theyโre both exciting challenges that push you well outside your comfort zone and offer a real sense of adventure.โ
Looking forward to welcoming you
Rileyโs passion for helping people and commitment to personalised support make him a fantastic addition to the Premier Community team. Weโre looking forward to seeing him bring our new Alfreton shop to life and build relationships within the local community.
