Molly joined Premier Community as an apprentice, and through dedication, determination and a natural ability to put people at ease, she’s grown into an award-winning Recruitment Manager. For Molly and for Premier Community, recruitment isn’t about numbers. It’s about people.
Molly is particularly passionate about supporting individuals new to care. She understands that stepping into home care can feel like a whole new world, and she’s brilliant at guiding people through it step by step. Dylan – Energy, Encouragement and a Friendly Face
As the newest member of the team, Dylan has settled in quickly, building a strong understanding of care and the support our teams provide. He doesn’t join us as a novice though, he brings with him a wealth of Recruitment knowledge having recruited for such roles as teachers and police officers.
With an encouraging spirit and energetic outlook, Dylan helps people move through the onboarding journey smoothly, always at a pace that feels right for them.
Dylan loves meeting new people and is always happy to chat things through. Interviews sometimes run a little over, simply because he enjoys getting to know candidates and answering questions.
