Meet Zoie Dawson, Care Co-ordinator
Every great care team needs people who love solving problems, supporting others and never stop learning. That’s exactly what Zoie Dawson brings as she joins Premier Community as one of our new Care Co-ordinators.
Zoie already has a strong background in care coordination, with experience arranging care packages, completing assessments and care plans, supporting recruitment, working alongside families and healthcare professionals, and helping services run smoothly. She joins us with a wealth of practical knowledge and a genuine desire to keep developing.
When asked what she hopes to achieve, Zoie didn’t talk about titles or promotions. Instead, she spoke about becoming someone her team can rely on.
“I want to settle into the role, build my confidence and become someone the team knows they can rely on.”
That commitment to learning, supporting colleagues and delivering the best possible care fits perfectly with the values we strive for every day.
Since joining Premier Community, Zoie says she’s found the onboarding experience positive, welcoming and supportive. While learning new systems has been a challenge, she’s enjoyed getting to know the team and has felt comfortable asking questions as she’s settled into the role.
Outside of work, Zoie keeps busy chasing after her cockapoo, Alfie, playing netball and tennis, experimenting in the kitchen and embracing a rather unique creative hobby. She’s an accomplished horror writer with her own spooky website, has had work published in national anthologies, and has even self-published two novels, with more on the way. Writing clearly runs in the family too, with her daughter also becoming a published author.
Please join us in giving Zoie a warm Premier Community welcome. We’re excited to have her on the team and can’t wait to see the positive impact she’ll make across our services. 💙
