We’re pleased to welcome Dylan Ryles to Premier Community as our new Recruitment Co-Ordinator.
Dylan joined us in August 2025, bringing over three years of experience as an HR People Professional, specialising in resourcing. His passion for connecting with people, combined with his professional expertise, makes him the perfect fit for our recruitment team.
In his new role, Dylan will play a key part in one of the most important things we do—bringing the right people into our Premier Community family. Recruitment is more than filling vacancies; it’s about finding individuals who share our family values, respect and dignity, trust and transparency, and passion for innovation. These values guide everything we do, from the way we support our service users to the way we work together as colleagues.
Dylan is excited about the opportunity to welcome wonderful new recruits, helping many take their first steps towards what could be a lifelong career in care. What drew him to the role was our unique, people-focused approach to recruitment and the warm reputation Premier Community has earned both online and within the community
Dylan says:

I’m fortunate that although I’m not working as a carer, I can use my HR background to help the company deliver the best care possible.”

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys travelling, socialising, and going to concerts, and he has recently taken up cycling—although he admits the Tour de France isn’t on his radar just yet!
