We’re delighted to welcome Tineke Fleet to Premier Community as our new Care Co-ordinator for Erewash.
Tineke joins us with a strong background in care and people management, and we’re thrilled to see her already settling into her role and beginning to lead her team with confidence, warmth, and purpose. Her appointment is an exciting step for our Erewash services, bringing added leadership and support for both carers and clients in the area.
Experience rooted in care
Tineke has worked in care since 2018, gaining experience both out in the field as a community carer and in management roles, supporting teams and ensuring people receive high-quality, person-centred care.
What drew her to Premier Community was the opportunity to truly make a difference:
“I wanted to use my care experience to support both clients and carers out in the field.”
That balance of practical understanding and people leadership is exactly what makes a strong Care Co-ordinator. Tineke understands the realities of care work and the importance of building trusting, supportive relationships across teams.
Building strong relationships
In her new role, Tineke is most looking forward to building positive relationships with carers and clients alike, creating a supportive environment where everyone feels listened to, valued, and confident in the care being delivered.
She’s already shared how welcoming her first weeks have been:
“The onboarding has been really useful and everyone has been so helpful and friendly.”
That sense of connection and teamwork is something we know Tineke will continue to nurture as she grows into her role and leads her team forward.
A people-focused leader
At Premier Community, we believe great care starts with great leadership. Care Co-ordinators play a vital role in supporting carers, ensuring care packages run smoothly, and making sure service users receive care that reflects dignity, respect, and compassion.
Tineke’s mix of hands-on care experience and people management makes her a fantastic fit for this role. She brings empathy, organisation, and a genuine desire to support others — qualities that align perfectly with our values as a family-run care provider.
Life beyond work
Outside of Premier Community, Tineke has a creative side. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, and has a real love for singing and acting — regularly performing on stage and taking part in murder mystery events.
She’s a cat person, a coffee fan, and enjoys a Chinese takeaway, with a music taste that spans everything from Queen and David Bowie to Kings of Leon and Mumford & Sons. A great reminder that our teams bring their whole selves to work — and that diversity of interests only strengthens our community.
Looking ahead
We’re really pleased to have Tineke join us at Premier Community and excited to see the impact she’ll make across Erewash as she continues to settle into her role and lead her team.
Please join us in giving Tineke a very warm welcome — we’re proud to have her as part of the Premier Community family and look forward to the journey ahead.
