At Premier Community, we love celebrating when members return—and this month, we’re delighted to welcome Jaie Belcher back into our team in a care leadership role.
Jaie’s connection with Premier goes back to 2009, when she first began her career in care with us. That step marked the start of what has since become a 16-year journey in the care sector, during which she has held roles including Deputy Manager and Care Manager. Along the way, she has developed a reputation for her dedication, leadership, and the compassionate way she supports both colleagues and service users.
After taking time out to focus on her family, Jaie is now returning to Premier Community with fresh energy and a renewed passion for making a difference. In her own words, she is most looking forward to “making a difference, being a great support to the staff and service users.”
What drew her back? The same qualities that first attracted her years ago:
“Having worked for the company before and knowing that it was family-run, I knew they were a company that cares and goes above and beyond other companies.”
Outside of work, Jaie enjoys spending time with her little boy, family, and friends, often filling her free time with running, walking, yoga, crafts, and travel. One of her fondest memories is travelling through Thailand, which she describes as one of her most amazing experiences ever.
Jaie’s return is a proud reminder of what makes Premier Community special. A place where careers are built, friendships are formed, and people often find their way back home. We’re excited to see her leadership and experience help shape the next chapter for her team and the wider Premier family.
